Adrian Schultz
Teacher, singer, event co-coordinator, workshop facilitator, community volunteer, Assistant Musical Director of the Melbourne Gay and Lesbian Chorus for 8 years, and now Director of the Melbourne Gay and Lesbian Chorus Youth Chorus, are just some of the jobs Adrian Schultz has held.

Initially trained at Ballarat as a teacher, and with a Diploma of Music Education from Victoria College , Adrian has broad experience teaching the complexity, rewards and sheer fun of music to both primary and secondary schools, adults and the odd novice.

The chorus appealed to Adrian 16 years ago as he felt very strongly about music being an integral part of life and believed that Melbournians needed a unified community voice to grieve their losses and celebrate their achievements. Alsounds welcomed Adrian first as a tenor, then three years later as production co-coordinator in the newly re-named Melbourne Gay and Lesbian Chorus.

Adrian 's passion for making music is accessible to all regardless of their choral experience. His extensive musical knowledge and skills, combined with his openness and sense of humor, ensured his latest position in the chorus as Director of the Melbourne Gay and Lesbian Chorus Youth Chorus. He feels privileged to be working with a group of young musicians and looks forward to the bright future with them.
